So far this is the best Fox helmet I have been using for my mountain biking I've used it in a very harsh condition . The helmet outer shell itself was made from carbon fiber I'd threw it to the ground , cement floor , and threw it high to the sky and it only had scratches so I could say this is a very worth buying helmet |
